Can you play "Dragon Age: Origins" on a laptop computer?

This is what happened: I bought the game off Amazon because it was on sale, when I got the game I opened and downloaded it; then it tells me I don't have the right kind of video card. So, is there a video card for a laptop equivalent to ATI Radeon X1550 256MB or NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT 256 MB and do you have to have both of these video cards in order to play this game? Also, if you don't have a Intel Core 2, could you still play this game? The system requirments say you can't but I haven't played it yet obviously, what should I do???Can you play "Dragon Age: Origins" on a laptop computer?
I would either:

1) buy a new computer (Desktops are easily upgradable)

2) sell the game (laptops cant really be upgraded)Can you play "Dragon Age: Origins" on a laptop computer?
