I've only just gotten the game, along with it's bonus's, which I've had no trouble acquiring. The trouble I'm having is, I can't seem to download the Black Emporium. Is it because it isn't available yet? Or some other reason unknown to me?Dragon Age 2 The Black Emporium?

Go to http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php once you've logged into your account. It should show a list of all your registered extra content. If the item in the list says "More info- PC More info- Mac" on the right side, you may need to manually install and download the black emporium. I had to do this for all the extra content. Just download the exes and run them, then launch the game and check "downloadable content" and it should be in there. Good luck, this game's been nothing but technical difficulties for me so far. :(
