This entirely depends on what your playing them on.
Fallout 3 has achievements on all platforms though the PC uses games for windows live which is tied to your xbox live account which as a result you can earn fallout 3 trophies twice for double the score if you play on PC and xbox.
Dragon age origins has achievements on all platforms simple enough
Oblivion only has achievements for the Xbox version
Starcraft 2 has its own achievements for battlenet on the PC
