Is Radeon x1270 graphics card good enough for newer games?

I downloaded it and started playing but its so choppy and anytime i run it feels like my character is in slow motion. I cant imagine what the fighting is like in the game with this graphics card.



Iv been recently downloading a lot of newer games and just wondering if they will even work. such as COD, dragon age, spore, oblivion. etc and soon SC2 and diablo 3, but i need something that will run Starcraft 2 for sure.



Should i buy a new desktop, or upgrade my laptop. i just hope my laptop isn't too old to upgrade for these games.

No. It's a pretty low-end video card. Since you cannot upgrade a laptop, and your laptop is already pretty old, it's probably time for a new computer.
