Yet another video card question - which is best for my computer and my budget?

Okay, I think this is my last question before I buy one. I have a 10% off coupon on Overstock that ends today, so I need to buy it ASAP.

My computer: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docum鈥?/a>

My wireless card: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/NETGEAR+-+80鈥?/a>

My power supply (just got it in today, haven't put it in yet): http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/鈥?/a>

Games I play/would like to play on max or fairly high settings: Guild Wars, Oblivion, Dragon Age, and eventually Guild Wars 2 and Diablo 3 when they're released

Video cards I'm looking at: http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/MSI鈥?/a>

I can only afford around $100 for a card. I use Vista. So, which one of these should I get? I don't really understand any of these specs, which will fit, which won't, or any of that. I just want to get the best I can for my budget. Any help, please?

I know nothing about computers or drivers or the like, just that I want to be able to play my games on higher settings.Yet another video card question - which is best for my computer and my budget?
From the specs you sent :http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docum鈥?/a>

Im assuming you are running 32 bit Vista. 32 bit can only handle a max of 4 GB RAM including video memory.

So I would go with the ZOTAC

I have a 9800GT for about $100 at Newegg.com, it works great and I bought it because a lot of gamers recommended it.
